Thank you for your interest in our agency. On our pricing page we have a list of the services provided by the Agency and the relevant charges. If the service you require is not listed, please contact us and we will endeavour to be of assistance.

In the event of you wishing to avail of our services, the Carer selected will be introduced to you prior to commencement of duties so that you may satisfy yourself as to his/her suitability.

Payment:

a) The Carer will be paid by you on a weekly basis.
b) The Agency fee is payable four-weekly on receipt of our invoice.

Should the Carer be with you for less than four weeks the agency fee will be charged at a pro-rata basis.

Insurance:

You are advised to check your household insurance policy to satisfy yourself that you are adequately covered for engaging a Carer.

The Agency will monitor the placement and will be available to assist in the event of any difficulties arising.

Our Carers are people who have been selected at interview and have had their references checked. They are familiar with the basic skills of caring for the elderly in the home environment. We are satisfied that each has the very special qualities needed and feel sure you will find them to be of considerable help and support.
