What area do you cover?
We provide care in the greater Dublin area.

What do you mean by live-in?
Only possible companionship Low dependency food and board provided will need some relief depending on availability of carers

How are carers screened?
All prospective carers are interviewed and references are obtained and checked

Will I have the same carers ongoing?
Team of cares ideally same people ongoing obviously sometimes changes will need to be made

What do I do next?
Give us a call in the office and we can discuss your needs in detail, if we have some one suitable they will be out in touch

What is the minimum and maximum amount of time covered?
Our minimum is two hours and there is no max. We do twenty four hour care depending on availability of carers

What is the difference between a high dependency night and a low dependency night?

Low dependency:
Normal night care is where a carer puts an elderly person to bed and goes to bed themselves and gets up a couple of times if needed

High dependency:
Where the carer is up a lot at night or is sitting up with a patient all night and is paid at an hourly rate
